Jessica Morrow is an American comic designer and painter from East Tennesssee. She is currently a freelance webtoons creator and a freelance painter in the Tennessee market. 

Jessica was born in East Tennessee and specializes in paintings dealing with color, expression and emotions regarding her own sense of self. As a transgender woman, colors and environment play a large part of her artistic expression. 
She is also a designer of a webtoons series, ‘200E’, which is an action drama about Darkwing and Ari dealing with a world corrupted by politics and war regarding the rise of mutants.
